How the engagement typically works

My work begins with understanding the broader context: the business strategy, talent priorities, audience, and leadership challenges the organization is trying to address. Depending on the engagement, that may include stakeholder conversations, assessments, 360 feedback, talent data, or alignment with HR and talent leaders on desired outcomes.

From there, I design a tailored solution that may include leadership development experiences, activation labs, assessment debriefs, 360-based development planning, or group coaching. When appropriate, I also build in reinforcement over time through follow-up sessions, coaching, reflection tools, application planning, or cohort-based learning.
